What is the return policy?
The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Dimepiece LA. Customers are financially responsible for shipping returns and exchanges back. Original shipping fees are not refundable, unless upon the rare occasion of a discrepancy with your order. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the Dimepiece LA warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without a return authorization number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of Dimepiece La and will be shipped back.
What are the shipping fees and delivery times?
Please allow up to three business days (not including weekends or holidays) for us to process your order. Processing time is required so that we can review your order information and prepare it for shipping. Orders are processed Monday thru Friday between 10am-3pm PST. Do I have to pay international duties and taxes?
Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to duties or VAT. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.
Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process, which are outside of our control.
What forms of payment can I use?
All major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, are accepted via authorize.net, and PayPal.
When will I receive my order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox.
Please review the order confirmation and contact us if you see any errors. You can also review the details of your order from your Dimepiece LA account.
How do I edit or cancel my order?
You can request an order change or cancellation within 24 hours of your order being placedby contacting firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling our headquarters at 213-228-1008 between the hours of 10:00am – 6:00pm PST. Your order will be on hold until our Customer Care team can review your request.
Why hasn’t my tracking number updated?
Please allow at least 24 hours after your package has shipped for your tracking number to provide an accurate update online. If the expected delivery date has passed please contact your local post office for further assistance.
What do I do if my package was undeliverable and returned to sender?
If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to Dimepiece LA by the courier, we will contact you to provide the option of a reshipment or a refund of the merchandise. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
What do I do in the rare case that my order is lost or damaged?
We are not responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it upon delivery. Reshipments will be made upon our discretion after a claim has been made with USPS.
